USDA Loan Programs

Many people are aware of SBA loan guarantee programs . However, there are also loan guarantee programs available through the USDA http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/ . These loans are only available for uses in rural areas ( as defined by the USDA ) . As with the SBA , the process is a "process" but can be very useful for many business acquistion and other financing purposes .
